Terms and Conditions for Perimeter Pros

1. Services Provided

Perimeter Pros offers a range of home improvement services for both residential and commercial clients, including fencing, decks, pressure washing, window cleaning, flooring, and custom exterior enhancements. All services will be detailed in a written estimate or service agreement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Our estimates are valid for 14 days. Please note that pricing may vary based on the choice of materials or labor costs. Any additional work requested will require a written change order. Estimates that do not include a site visit are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits & Payments

A material deposit may be required prior to scheduling your project. The remaining balance is due upon the completion of the work unless otherwise specified in our home service terms. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Scheduling & Delays

Timelines provided are estimates and may be influenced by weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions. Perimeter Pros cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Property Access & Preparation

Customers must ensure access to the work area and remove any obstacles. Failure to do so may lead to delays or additional costs, in line with our home improvement policies.

6. Permits & Regulations

Permits may be arranged by either party as per agreement. Customers are responsible for obtaining HOA approvals unless specified otherwise in the service agreements.

7. Workmanship Warranty

Our workmanship is covered for one year unless stated differently. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from weather, or misuse.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are typically non-refundable once materials have been ordered. Customers are liable for any work completed.

9. Liability

While Perimeter Pros is insured, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages, hidden problems, or unmarked utilities.

10. Site Conditions

Unforeseen issues that arise may necessitate additional costs and require approval before any further work can begin.

11. Clean-Up

We make every effort to leave job sites clean; however, minor debris may remain unless we have agreed otherwise.

12. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to take and use project photos for marketing purposes, ensuring that no personal identifying information is included.

13. Dispute Resolution

Should disputes arise, we will first attempt to resolve them amicably, and if necessary, they will be governed under Mississippi law.

14. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by the laws of Mississippi.

15. Customer-Initiated Contact & Estimates (CTA Clause)

Any preliminary pricing discussed before issuing a written estimate is non-binding. Verbal quotes are not guaranteed, and final pricing will be determined following evaluation and a written agreement.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services or signing an agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
