Perimeter Pros – Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Perimeter Pros provides residential and commercial services including fencing, decks, pressure

washing, window cleaning, flooring, and custom exterior improvements. All services will be outlined in a written estimate or contract.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 14 days. Pricing may change based on materials or labor. Any additional work

requires a written change order. Estimates without a site visit are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits & Payments

A material deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur fees.

4. Scheduling & Delays

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, materials, or unforeseen conditions. We are

not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Property Access & Preparation

Customers must provide access to the work area and remove obstacles. Failure may result in delays or additional fees.

6. Permits & Regulations

Permits may be handled by either party as agreed. Customers are responsible for HOA approvals

unless otherwise stated.

7. Workmanship Warranty

Workmanship is covered for 1 year unless otherwise specified. Does not cover normal wear, weather

damage or misuse.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered. Customers are responsible for work

completed.

9. Liability

Perimeter Pros is insured but not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or unmarked

utilities.

10. Site Conditions

Unexpected issues may require additional cost and approval before proceeding.

11. Clean-Up

We strive to leave job sites clean, though minor debris may remain unless otherwise agreed.

12. Photography & Marketing

We may take and use project photos for marketing without personal identifying information.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first attempt resolution and then proceed under Mississippi law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi.

15. Customer-Initiated Contact & Estimates (CTA Clause)

Preliminary pricing discussed before a written estimate is non-binding. Verbal quotes are not

guaranteed. Final pricing is determined after evaluation and written agreement.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or signing an agreement, you accept these terms.
